Seriously, how have I never heard of walking tacos?  Last night while watching Bizarre Foods America I became aware of the most amazing taco I had ever heard of.  The Walking Taco.  I am sharing my discovery today because to my absolute delight they showed up in my pinterest feed today.  Walking Tacos.
